Chiropractor Dr. Tim Labelle has opened a brand new clinic in a central location on Golf Links Road in Thunder Bay.  The clinic offers Massage Therapy, Kinesiology as well as Chiropractic services. “ We are aiming to create a wellness centre where all services under the wellness umbrella will be offered. We are going to be adding a second Massage Therapist  shortly. The Kinesiologist will operate in a studio area and that area is also big enough so we can do patient education,” smiles Dr. Tim LaBelle. “ Our colour and the general flow of the clinic make it very welcoming to our patients and establishes a calming effect. We look at the entire aspect of someone’s wellness and maintaining a lifestyle. That is the trend that chiropractic is taking, maintain a lifestyle. As population ages our bodies change. We are
assembling a team the everyone can take advantage of from say preventing lower back pain or  attending golfing seminars.”
“  We have the medical doctors here in the clinic and  do some cross referring with the physios as well. It is a very good atmosphere to refer here.  A one stop shop,” notes LaBelle who went to Chiropractic College in Toronto at the CMC. “ I grew up in Long lac, did the
practice there for 8 years, have been in Thunder Bay for 2 years and have now made an investment in Thunder Bay. We need to keep the people that we have here, attract the people that want to be here and see the community grow. We see it is a perfect situation for us where we can grow within the building or  in a new building on the site. The entire clinic here is accessible.”
LaBelle is interested in having a Naturopathic Doctor  and a Refelexoligist join the clinic. “  We are open to any other wellness practioner. We work as a team. The front office person is as important as anyone in the clinic,” smiles LaBelle. “ The clinic location is perfect as it is on a thoroughfare and between two major arteries. Our patients find it very warming and want to stay for a while and talk with the staff.”
